Biography	Prior to practicing law, Aaron had over 18 years experience as a business executive in the areas of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, business development, general management, and government relations. He has served as a COO, General Manager, Senior Vice President, Consumer Relations Manager, and on several non-profit and corporate boards of directors. Aaron served on the City of Mesa, Financing the Future Committee, and as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at Western International University. He is a former member of the Board of Examiners, and Senior Examiner for the State of Arizona Governor's Award for Quality, a former member of the Society of Certified Credit Executives, and is the President of the Mesa Baseline Rotary Club. Honors in Law School: Willard H. Pedrick Scholar. Award Recipient: Mary Moers Wenig National Student Writing Competition for article "Using a Buy-Sell Agreement to Pass Business Interests on t Related Parties."
