Aaron focuses his practice in the areas of Business Law, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Immigration and Personal Injury.
As a lawyer, Aaron has represented businesses and individuals in various business and financial scenarios; has represented individuals and businesses file bankruptcy petitions and motions with the US Bankruptcy Court; has developed estate plans and represented individuals and estates in Probate; and has represented individuals navigate the immigration and naturalization process with the USCIS and has represented individuals in deportation proceedings.
Business Experience
As a business executive, Aaron has over 18 years experience, in the areas of credit & collections, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, facilitation, business development, consumer relations, and government relations. He has served as a COO, General Manager, Senior Vice President, Consumer Relations Manager, and on several non-profit and corporate boards of directors. Aaron served on the City of Mesa, Financing the Future Committee, and as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at Western International University. He is a former member of the Board of Examiners, and Senior Examiner for the State of Arizona Governor's Award for Quality, and a former member of the Society of Certified Credit Executives. Aaron is a Rotarian and is currently the President of the Mesa Baseline Rotary Club.
Education
Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Arizona State University; a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Western International University, and a Juris Doctorate from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Aaron is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Arizona, in the U.S. District Court – District of Arizona, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of Arizona. Aaron completed Mediation Skills Training, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and served as a Mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts. In law School, he was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar; a Mary Moers Wenig National Student Writing Competition award winner in the area of Estate Planning; a CALI award winner for academic achievement in International Institutions, and was awarded Pro Bono Distinction.
